It takes a lot to stop a train. While the “T-Train” Tucker Hibbert got off to a bad start in the AMSOIL Pro Open and found himself in 8th position for over half the race, he poured on the steam and checked off drivers one by one in an unbelievably wild ride to the podium.

The day started with temperatures in the mid-30s and overcast. The winds picked up as the rain began to fall in the early evening hours. The track held up well but as one racer put it, “it got a little weird.” The snow was like sugar on the top with ice on the bottom and created unpredictable track conditions. Every lap had something new and racers were tested beyond the norm.

Tucker Hibbert of Goodridge, Minn., wearing bib number 68 drove his Arctic Cat up to the winners circle and stood on the center spot of the podium for the 50th time in his career. At the podium, Hibbert was modest and humble. “Every win is special,” Hibbert said. “I thank God for giving me strength. And I thank my whole crew behind me. They have worked hard.”
